By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Domina Mentis.

Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Age limits apply: Domina Mentis does not allow anyone under 18 to use the Service. We do our best to limit access to our sites, products and services to adults. Although the content of our products and services is not shocking in nature, we prefer to address a mature audience able to understand the implications and responsibilities of the business world.

Subscribers who do not meet these criteria will be removed from our database as soon as we become aware of it. Likewise, customers who do not meet these criteria will be refunded immediately and asked to return the products concerned.

By placing an order for Products through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Prices are shown in US dollars, excluding shipping and order processing fees. The price of items may change at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one shown at the time of the order.

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the products sold on this site (eBooks, audiobooks, PDF manuals, MP3 files and other digital content) are "digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium". Under applicable consumer law, including Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal is expressly excluded for the supply of digital content on a non-tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer's express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal.

By placing the order and then downloading the digital product (or accessing the link to use it), the Customer: a) expressly consents to the immediate start of performance of the contract; b) declares that they are fully aware that, by starting the download or accessing the digital material, they lose the right of withdrawal and the option to request refunds for a change of mind.

Delivery of the digital product is deemed complete when the Seller (Domina Mentis) sends the download link or access credentials to the email address provided by the Customer. System logs recording the sending of the email, its opening or the click on the download link constitute conclusive proof of delivery and use of the product.

Any dispute or chargeback request submitted through payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, card networks) on the grounds of "Product not received" or "Product not as described", where a tracked digital delivery has taken place, will be considered unfounded. The Seller reserves the right to contest such disputes by providing the relevant bodies with the electronic proof of delivery and these Terms, accepted at the time of purchase, and to seek recovery of the administrative costs incurred in handling the dispute.

Notwithstanding the above, and without prejudice to the legal exclusion of the right of withdrawal for digital products, the Seller voluntarily offers a commercial satisfaction guarantee. If the Customer is not satisfied with the material purchased, they may request a full refund of the amount paid within 15 (fifteen) days of the purchase date. The request must be sent by email to mentisdomina@gmail.com, with no need for any formal justification. After checking the timing of the request, the company will issue the refund within 24 hours of receiving it, crediting the amount to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Once the refund is issued, the license to use the digital product is revoked with immediate effect.

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-ordered products.

Payment can be made using any of the available payment methods, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (for example, PayPal).

Payment cards (credit or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Delivery is made to the address given at the time of the order (so please pay particular attention to the spelling of the address entered, and especially the ZIP code).

Risks pass to you from the date the ordered products leave our premises. However, if a parcel is lost, we will do everything necessary to make sure you still receive the product or are refunded under your guarantee.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
